JOB DESCRIPTION
• Management relationship with clients
• Establishing and preserving connections with customers and important stakehold
ers within the organization.
• Proactively inform and counsel clients on changing immigration rules and proced
ure.
• To make sure that customers are happy with the organization’s products and services, conduct regular client feedback surveys.
• Communication with embassies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complaints and escalate problems as ne
cessary.
• Management of travel documents and visa processing.
• Examine and approve each client’s travel documentation.
• In all written and verbal communications with clients, make sure that all organizat
ional policies are adhered to. .
• Assist clients with online application completion.
• oversee the coaching and consulting services provided to Clients in advance of
appointment times for applications. .
• Ensure that the client’s visa application is submitted and collected on time.
• Report on activity and progress each month.
